We include everything needed aside from food to get on the road. Ice cold air conditioner, BBQ, and cook top. The trailer comes with a full kitchen with microwave, 2 propane tanks, full bathroom with bathtub and shower inside and outside, pantry, 24 inch LCD TV with DVD player (a package of DVDs for kids and adults) and with interior & exterior speakers, AM, FM, Aux and USB/Bluetooth radio. The trailer has a queen front bedroom, rear double bunks and fold down dinette and sofa. Can sleep up to 8 if needed and comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids (4 smaller kids in the double bunks). * Pickup / Drop off times are negotiable. * Kitchen is stocked with most items (knifes, forks, spoons, plates, bowls, cups, toaster, coffee maker, kettle) please ask if you are looking for something specific. * Trailer is extremely family and kid friendly. A few games also included. (Washer toss, bocce ball, lawn darts) * Basic linen is provided for the queen bed and back bunks. Bring additional blankets / sleeping bags. * Trailer requires a 30 AMP connection. * Air Conditioner and Microwave only function with 30 AMP power connection. * For campsite booking ensure you have enough space for a 30 foot trailer. * Any questions or additional needs please ask.
